Position Overview – Remote Customer Service Representative

We are seeking an enthusiastic, detail‑oriented Remote Customer Service Representative to join our outbound appointment‑setting team. In this role, you will contact leads who have completed a contact‑information form on our platform and are expecting a confirmation call. Your primary responsibility is to qualify each lead, explain careerzynith’s services, and schedule a soft appointment for a financial professional. This position is fully remote, operates on a 6 am – 3 pm PST shift, and offers a competitive hourly rate of $23.00 for a full‑time schedule of 40 hours per week.
