They are seeking a Business Intelligence & Cross Reference/Database Analyst to drive advanced data analytics, reporting, and contract management to support data-driven decisions across sales and commercial strategy.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards for real-time sales, pricing, and performance insights
- Convert complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for business strategy
- Deliver accurate, executive-level (C-suite) reporting
- Manage monthly and ad hoc reporting cycles (validation, analysis, delivery)
- Identify trends, opportunities, and performance gaps through data analysis
- Ensure data integrity and improve processes through automation and standardization
- Manage and analyze large datasets for reporting and forecasting
- Develop scalable tools and templates to improve efficiency
- Perform data extraction, transformation, and analysis (SQL, Oracle preferred)
- Build executive-level dashboards with strong UX and end-to-end solutions
- Support rebate reporting, PAM, and pricing analysis
- Provide insights to drive sales strategies and growth initiatives
- Create tools and reports to improve decision-making at all levels
- Collaborate cross-functionally on metrics, reporting standards, and priorities
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or contract management
- Proven experience building and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases (Oracle preferred)
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with ability to interpret complex data
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and executive audiences
- Self-driven, organized, and able to manage multiple reporting priorities simultaneously
- Collaborative team player with cross-functional engagement experience
- Limited travel required (<10%)
