As a Remote Data Entry & Analytics Specialist, you'll serve as a vital link between raw information and actionable business intelligence. - Data Entry & Management: Accurately input, verify, and maintain data in our enterprise systems. You'll ensure data integrity by performing regular quality checks, identifying discrepancies, and implementing corrective measures to maintain the highest standards of accuracy.
- Reporting & Analysis: Create comprehensive reports, dashboards, and visualizations that provide critical support to operations and decision-making across various business units. You'll transform complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that guide strategic planning.
- Business Intelligence: Answer key business questions and provide analytical expertise across multiple streams to improve customer experiences and drive conversions. You'll work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver data-driven solutions.

Essential Qualifications:
- Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Professional Experience: A minimum of 5+ years of professional experience as an analyst in a data and analytics environment, with demonstrated expertise in complex querying, advanced analysis, performance optimization, and working with data at scale.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong SQL skills for complex data extraction and manipulation. Proficiency in Python or R for advanced statistical analysis and data processing. Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms.
- Analytical Capabilities: Experience with both descriptive and inferential statistics, including t-tests, chi-square tests, ANOVA, correlation analysis, regression modeling, and factor analysis. Ability to apply these techniques to understand cohort behavior and business value.
- Project Management: Proven track record of delivering end-to-end analytics projects — from unclear requirements to successful storytelling, accessible across various audiences, and ultimately leading to measurable business outcomes.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal). Ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues and technical peers. Comfort presenting findings to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Intellectual Curiosity: Unbridled curiosity, high analytical aptitude, and a passionate pursuit of analysis-driven insights and business results. You should be someone who asks "why" and digs deep to find answers.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in a quantitative field
- Demonstrated expertise in data visualization with tools such as Matplotlib, Tableau, Looker, MicroStrategy, Plotly, or similar platforms
- Experience with marketing landing pages, signup funnels, and conversion optimization
- Ability to identify and appropriately escalate issues to leadership
- Consulting background, MBA, or multi-industry experience
