Position Overview
As a Data Entry Associate at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in our Process Management team within the group insurance sector. You will be integral to our daily operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in processing a wide variety of transactions. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop specialized skills in insurance operations while working in a supportive, remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for managing an impressive variety of 31 different transaction types across multiple specialized teams. Your daily responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Transaction Processing: Manage a diverse portfolio of transaction types within the Customer Communications Unit Queue, Settlement Options Team, Money Out Team, Premium Team, Electronic Funds Transfer (EFTs) Team, and Renewal Statements Team. Each day presents new challenges and opportunities to expand your expertise.
- Policy Administration: Handle essential tasks including creating value quotes, processing policy status letters, updating beneficiary information, and managing settlement options with precision and attention to detail.
- Quality Assurance: Review referrals meticulously to ensure all data is in proper order for processing. When necessary, you will collaborate with other departments to resolve escalated cases, demonstrating your strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Premium Management: Assist with premium administration tasks, including processing premium changes, suspending premiums when required, and managing tax withholdings in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Platform Utilization: Utilize Salesforce as our primary transaction management platform, ensuring all work is pulled from the platform and processed efficiently within established timeframes.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and contribute valuable insights to enhance operational efficiency across the team.
