- Classify and index scanned images to support efficient retrieval and audit processes.
- Pre‑adjudicate claim documents, correcting discrepancies and ensuring compliance with established guidelines.
- Verify data extracted by automated tools, performing manual quality checks to maintain a sub‑1 % error rate.
- Utilize multiple internal systems and external resources to cross‑reference information and resolve data gaps.
- Complete assignments using a variety of source documents, ensuring each claim is fully and accurately digitized.
- Adhere to standard operating procedures, maintaining consistency and reliability across all tasks.
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members, seeking clarification when needed while operating under a moderate level of supervision.
