- Client & Stakeholder Communication: Respond promptly to queries from creditors, debtors, and internal teams; liaise with external clients to obtain missing documents; and draft correspondence for signature via DocuSign.
- File Review & Quality Assurance: Review files for completeness, follow up on outstanding documentation, and verify that sign‑up documents meet policy and regulatory standards before filing with the Official Receiver.
