Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry & Online Order Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of our e-commerce operations. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Accurate Data Entry and Management: Enter, update, and maintain customer information, order details, and product data in our internal databases with precision and efficiency. You will ensure all information is current, accurate, and properly formatted to support seamless operations across all departments.
  • Online Order Processing: Process incoming online orders from start to finish, verifying all details including shipping addresses, payment information, and product availability. You will work diligently to ensure orders are completed accurately and dispatched on time, contributing to our reputation for reliable delivery service.
  • Customer Inquiry Resolution: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email and chat regarding order status, shipment tracking, product availability, and general questions. Your excellent communication skills will help resolve concerns and leave customers feeling valued and satisfied.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Coordinate with logistics, warehousing, customer service, and other internal teams to resolve discrepancies, address order issues, and ensure smooth fulfillment processes. Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. A college diploma or university degree in business, communications, or a related field is considered an asset and will enhance your candidacy.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word, is essential. Familiarity with data entry software, CRM systems, and basic database management will be advantageous.

Preferred Experience

  • 0–2 years of experience in data entry, order processing, administrative support, or a similar role
  • Prior experience in e-commerce, retail, or customer service environments
  • Familiarity with online shopping platforms, order management systems, and inventory databases
