Responsibilities
- Document business processes
- Prepare executive communications
- Develop reports and presentations

Skills
- Minimum 5 years of Federal consulting experience
- Experience developing: SOPs, Process maps, Executive briefings, Business case analyses, Requirements documentation
- Excellent writing and editing skills
- FOIA or Records Management experience
- USDA experience
- Process improvement experience
- SharePoint experience
