Position Overview
We are currently seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to fill multiple Remote Customer Service Representative I positions. In this role, you'll handle inbound phone calls from customers seeking assistance with their accounts, billing inquiries, coverage questions, and various other needs. You'll be part of a high-energy team that prides itself on delivering outstanding service while meeting individual and team performance goals.
This position offers the flexibility of working from home while maintaining the structure and support you need to succeed. Compensation and Schedule
- Starting Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour
- Work Schedule: Must be flexible to work between 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Pacific Standard Time or Mountain Standard Time)
- Training Period: 2 weeks of intensive training
- Training Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM PST
- Training Start Date: April 22nd
- Training Attendance Requirement: 100% attendance is mandatory during the training period
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative I at arenaflex, you will play a pivotal role in representing our brand and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Customer Support Excellence: Help customers in their time of need by building rapport, responding to, and resolving inbound phone calls in a fast-paced call center environment. You'll be the voice of arenaflex, creating positive interactions that leave lasting impressions.
- Service Delivery: Identify and provide comprehensive services and solutions by processing payments accurately, updating customer information in our systems, managing billing information with precision, verifying coverage for third parties, and resolving telematics inquiries efficiently.
- Problem Resolution: Utilize available tools and resources to identify cross-sell opportunities and professionally transfer customers to appropriate departments when issues fall outside your scope. Strive to achieve first-call resolution whenever possible.
- Documentation Standards: Follow department guidelines meticulously for account documentation, ensuring all customer interactions are accurately recorded and maintained in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Process Adherence: Adhere to standard operating procedures and consistently utilize the resources provided to deliver consistent, high-quality service across all customer interactions.
- Performance Excellence: Uphold our customer care standards by achieving individual goals in key performance areas including average handle time, after-call work efficiency, quality metrics, adherence to schedule, leads generation, and reliability.
- Adaptability: Perform in a fast-paced, high-production, high-volume environment that focuses heavily on customer service. Be prepared to handle a diverse range of customer needs with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
Essential Qualifications and Skills

Work From Home Requirements
As a remote employee with arenaflex, you'll enjoy the convenience of working from your home office. However, we maintain high standards to ensure our team can deliver exceptional customer service. The following requirements must be met:
- Dedicated Workspace: You must have a quiet, dedicated space to conduct business, free from any and all distractions. This includes all training hours, where you must be able to fully focus without interruptions.
- Internet Connection: You must have a Broadband, Cable, or Fiber internet connection with the ability to hard-wire connect through an ethernet cord. Wireless connections are not acceptable for this position due to reliability concerns.
- Speed Requirements: Internet speeds of 25 Mbps or faster for downloads and 5 Mbps or faster for uploads are required. You may be asked to verify your connection speed during the application process.
- Workstation Setup: Your home workstation must have adequate space to accommodate two 24-inch monitors and a desktop computer, along with the necessary workspace for comfortable, productive work.
- Furniture: arenaflex provides all required equipment for this position. However, you will need to provide your own desk and chair that meet ergonomic standards for comfortable, long-term use.
