The Inbound Sales Development Representative will be responsible for evaluating and converting enterprise inbound demand, ensuring a high-quality pipeline for the sales team while developing foundational sales skills.
Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for inbound leads from marketing programs, events, content downloads, and webinars
- Own speed-to-lead execution while maintaining high qualification standards, ensuring the sales team spends time only on real opportunities
- Evaluate inbound demand and determine which opportunities warrant deeper engagement, ensuring the sales team focuses on the highest-value prospects
- Be accountable for converting inbound interest into qualified meetings and pipeline that drives revenue
- Partner closely with marketing, AEs, SEs, and CSMs to ensure every lead is maximized and progressed
- Learn to work enterprise accounts strategically over time by researching stakeholders, multithreading, and building account intelligence
- Use modern sales technology and AI tools to research accounts, personalize outreach, and work efficiently at scale
- Develop strong foundational sales skills, including discovery, qualification, objection handling, and business-value conversations
- You will regularly interact with senior leaders across security, privacy, data, and AI governance functions inside global enterprises
