The role involves supporting clients in the implementation and optimization of Kinaxis RapidResponse solutions, requiring strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Supporting clients in the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Kinaxis RapidResponse solutions
- Gathering and analyzing business requirements
- Translating business requirements into technical designs
- Configuring Kinaxis modules to align with supply chain processes
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting application issues
- Collaborating with client stakeholders to ensure effective solution performance and adoption
- Advising on best practices
- Preparing documentation
- Coordinating with internal teams to deliver high-quality, timely project outcomes
Skills
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret business requirements, analyze data, and optimize Kinaxis configurations
- Consulting experience in supply chain or IT, with the ability to guide clients, gather requirements, and recommend Kinaxis best practices
- Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills to diagnose system issues, resolve configuration problems, and manage incident workflows
- Sales and stakeholder engagement capabilities to support pre-sales activities, demonstrations, and client relationship management when needed
- Hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse or similar supply chain planning platforms
- Knowledge of supply chain planning, S&OP, demand and capacity planning, or related domains
- Proficiency with SQL, data integration concepts, and basic scripting or configuration within enterprise applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Proven ability to work remotely, manage multiple priorities, and deliver on deadlines in a client-focused environment
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
