[Remote] Manager, Provider Data Automation, Analysis & Audit

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Centene Corporation is a diversified national organization transforming the health of communities. The Manager of Provider Data Automation, Analysis & Audit will oversee the development of automated batch loads of provider data, manage reporting and data submissions, and implement audit processes to ensure data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Create, validate and produce reports for state or other reporting needs, including GeoAccess and provider network reports
• Develop reports to assure data integrity among multiple data sources and works with accountable departments to resolve issues
• Oversees audit of provider data records
• Oversees provider data department staff responsible for development and implementation of automated batch data loads

Skills

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future
• Strong SQL experience, including writing complex queries and extracting data from multiple databases
• Bachelor's degree and 4 years of relevant experience required
• Project management experience and the ability to develop system business requirements are required
• 3+ years of supervisory/management experience required
• Healthcare industry experience
• Preferred experience with Portico, Amisys, CenProv
