- Document each interaction clearly and completely, ensuring all research, actions, and outcomes are recorded in the system.
- Identify the nature of each inquiry—benefits, eligibility, claims, billing, physician assignments, or material requests—and use careerzynith resources to resolve it promptly.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department while maintaining ownership of the case until resolution.
- Collaborate with care teams, field staff, and external providers to coordinate appointments, address access‑to‑care concerns, and resolve billing discrepancies.

Essential Qualifications
