MonoBIM is a BIM consultancy that supports organizations in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction industry through digital transformation. The Sales Agent will identify new business opportunities, maintain client relationships, and present services while working independently to meet sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities across the AEC sector
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Present MonoBIM’s services and value proposition in a clear, consultative manner
- Prospecting via calls, emails, and online channels
- Conducting virtual meetings and product overviews
- Preparing proposals in coordination with technical teams
- Following up to move opportunities through the sales pipeline
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to refine offerings and sales strategies
- Work independently and meet sales targets
- Represent MonoBIM professionally in all interactions
Skills
- Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with clients and internal teams
- Proven Customer Service abilities focused on building trust, handling inquiries, and supporting clients throughout the sales cycle
- Demonstrated Sales experience, preferably in B2B or professional services, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Experience in Training clients or colleagues on services, processes, or tools, and in delivering presentations or demos
- Ability to work remotely, manage time effectively, and operate with minimal supervision in a goal-driven environment
- Proficiency with CRM tools and basic office software; comfort with video conferencing platforms
- Background or familiarity with Insurance, risk considerations, or contract structures relevant to the AEC or consultancy environment is beneficial
- Knowledge of the AEC industry and interest in BIM, digital construction, or technology-enabled project delivery is a plus
- Relevant educational background in business, marketing, engineering, construction management, or a related field is preferred
