Job Description:You will be the operational backbone of our German Van & Truck Telesales team, enabling our Customer Success Managers to focus on what they do best: building relationships and closing deals. In this role, you'll take full responsibility for administrative sales processes, from offer preparation and contract management to CRM maintenance and customer follow-ups. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
- You support our Van & Truck Telesales team with all administrative tasks related to offer preparation, contract processing, reservations, invoices, and follow-up coordination
- You act as the operational partner for Customer Success Managers, enabling them to focus on customer relationships and revenue generation by taking over time-consuming administrative work
- You take ownership of post-sale processes, ensuring seamless onboarding, documentation, and ongoing support for customers in the Van & Truck segment
- You coordinate and manage customer follow-ups, ensuring no opportunity is missed and all touchpoints are documented
- You maintain customer master data, contract information, and pipeline updates in our CRM system (Salesforce), ensuring a high level of data quality and transparency
- You collaborate closely with our German Telesales team via phone, video, and digital tools
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
- Language You are fluent in German (mandatory, ideally native level) and have strong English skills for internal communication
