The mission of the Professional Services Team is to provide a superior client onboarding experience that builds a solid foundation for adoption of our products across their institution. Technical Solutions Consultants are a key part of the implementation project team, which delivers Softdocs' Etrieve software to new clients and provides software consulting services. This role is fully remote but is US-based. At this time, we require our team to be based in the United States. The responsibilities of the role, your experience and skills, and internal equity across our team determine compensation. We use market data and real-world performance to make sure pay is fair, competitive, and aligned with impact.
Position Responsibilities
Makes clients wildly successful through their onboarding to Softdocs applications
Partners with Project Managers to ensure satisfactory client communication and understanding of project deliverables and deadlines
Partners with Business Solution Consultants on the business-oriented processes of new deployments, sharing the technical components of new deployments with them
Works across multiple projects and project teams simultaneously to anticipate and manage changes in projects
Takes ownership of the technical components of new deployments
Delivers a superior client onboarding experience by walking the client through any technical requirements that will be owned from the client side
Ensures each client successfully achieves their desired outcomes from using our products and services by collecting information we need to provision their Etrieve environment and make it available, ready to integrate with other systems
Executes data migration when a new client is transitioning from a previous imaging software to Softdocs’ Etrieve (i.e., data mapping, data translation, data imports)
Technical Skills
Experience with and strong knowledge of SQL
Experience with and strong knowledge of PowerShell and other scripting languages
Experience with and strong knowledge of identity & access management platforms; Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace, Okta, OneLogin, etc.
Experience with and knowledge of API integrations and troubleshooting techniques

Role Requirements
Database knowledge and migration experience
Experience administering enterprise content management software (bonus if you have this!)
Associates or Bachelor's degree in a technology, engineering or related field is preferred, or two or more years of equivalent work experience
Base-level knowledge of managing, configuring, and troubleshooting Microsoft Windows Server and SQL Server
Base-level knowledge of PowerShell and other scripting languages
Base-level knowledge of configuring, testing, and troubleshooting identity provider (IdP) integrations
Base level knowledge of configuring, testing, and troubleshooting API integrations
