We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee the execution of our custom mausoleum projects from proposal through installation. This is a part-time, remote position with a flexible schedule, ideal for an organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a high-trust, high-responsibility environment and is comfortable working with discerning clients and their representatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate schedules between cemeteries, suppliers, designers, and installation teams
- Manage client communication with professionalism and discretion
- Ensure installations are properly timed and avoid conflicts with ongoing cemetery services
- Coordinate site logistics, including crane access, road access, and contractor alignment
- Support proposal development and coordination with designers and internal stakeholders
- Maintain detailed project tracking and reporting for each active project
- Identify risks early and proactively resolve scheduling or logistical issues
- Assist with broader organizational and administrative needs as required
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP certification or equivalent project management credential
- Experience supporting proposal development or client-facing deliverables
- Background working on high-end or custom construction projects
Reporting & Accountability
- Maintain detailed time tracking
- Provide clear, organized project reports by project
- Deliver concise monthly summaries outlining project status, upcoming milestones, and risks
