Position Overview: Strategy & Analytics Consultant
The Strategy & Analytics Consultant plays a pivotal role in helping arenaflex deliver on its purpose through conducting major research and assessments that deepen our understanding of airline operations. This position requires a unique blend of analytical expertise, technical skills, and business acumen. As a Strategy & Analytics Consultant at arenaflex, you will be responsible for transforming raw data into easily understood, presentable, and actionable findings. You will work closely with various departments to identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategies that enhance operational performance. Key Responsibilities

- Research and Analysis: Conduct comprehensive research and analysis of industry trends while supporting the development of new strategies, policies, tools, and reports that drive operational excellence.
- Data Tool Development: Collaborate with various business units to understand, improve, and share available data tools, ensuring seamless integration across the organization.
- Technical Expertise Application: Leverage your technical skills and business data to provide solutions to business requests, utilizing tools such as SQL, Alteryx, Python, R, Tableau, and Big Data Concepts.
- Insight Generation: Transform raw data into easily understood, visually compelling, and actionable findings that inform strategic decision-making.
- Model Development: Participate in the development and improvement of predictive models and strategies, including supporting their implementation across the organization.
- Technical Guidance: Facilitate and share technical guidance on ideas and topics to teams throughout the business, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making.
- Performance Analysis: Conduct assessments using optimization and various available tools to create and examine scenarios that provide insights into how different business units perform.

Required Qualifications

- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Work Experience: Advanced level experience with specialized knowledge in Network Planning or Airline Operations.
- Analytical Skills: Demonstrated experience in data collection, applied analytics, business assessment, and presentation development.
- Technical Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Leadership Experience: Proven experience presenting to Senior Leaders with confidence and clarity.
