Associate Attorney

Lowe Law Group is seeking a driven Pre-Litigation Associate Attorney to join their Personal Injury team. This role is designed for an early-career attorney who is eager to learn and take ownership of their work, managing personal injury matters from intake through resolution while developing essential skills in personal injury law.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing personal injury cases from inception through pre-litigation resolution
• Draft and review demands, correspondence, and settlement documents
• Communicate with clients to provide updates, manage expectations, and resolve concerns
• Collaborate with attorneys, case managers, investigators, and experts to move cases forward efficiently
• Participate in case strategy discussions and settlement negotiations under supervision
• Maintain accurate, timely case documentation in accordance with firm standards
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and ethical obligations

Skills

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice law
• 1–3 years of legal experience (personal injury experience a plus, not required)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• In-Office preferred; Remote/Hybrid potential
