B2B Appointment Setter – Outbound Calls to Dental & Pediatric Medical Offices

OVERVIEW
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
I'm a local representative for Treasure Tower, a kids' reward program placed in dental and pediatric medical offices. I need an experienced appointment setter to make outbound calls to a targeted list of 40–50 offices in a specific geographic area on my behalf.
This is a project-based role. Once every office on the list has been contacted, the project will wrap up — with the potential for future work if things go well.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
- Calling a provided list of dental and pediatric medical offices
- Introducing the Treasure Tower program using a script I will provide
- Navigating past the front desk to reach the office/practice manager or doctor
- Handling common objections (responses provided in the script)
- Goal of each call: book a 10-minute phone or in-person meeting for me
- For offices that don't answer or aren't available: collecting a contact email
and calling back on a different day/time (minimum 3 attempts per office
before marking as unreachable)
- Logging all call outcomes after every attempt in a tracking sheet I provide

REQUIREMENTS
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
- Proven experience in B2B cold calling or appointment setting
- Confident, friendly, and professional phone presence
- Comfortable calling medical or dental offices (or similar environments)
- Fluent English speaker with a clear, neutral accent
- Must have your own phone and phone number to make calls from
- Must have your own system for taking and logging notes (can be simple —
a spreadsheet is perfectly fine)
- Reliable follow-through and accurate record-keeping on every call
- Available to call during U.S. business hours (Eastern or Central time preferred)

WHAT I WILL PROVIDE

- Full call script with objection handling
- Target list of offices (names, phone numbers, locations)
- Call tracking/logging template
- Follow-up email template for non-answers
- A quick onboarding call before you start to walk through everything

PAY STRUCTURE
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
- Hourly base rate for all time spent calling and logging
- $10 bonus for every meeting that actually takes place (not just booked —
the meeting must occur)
- $50 bonus for every new account I close as a result of a meeting you booked
- Bonuses are paid after the triggering event is confirmed
