  • Internet Connection: A hardwired internet connection (Ethernet) is required. Wireless connections are not sufficient for the level of connectivity and reliability our clients expect.
  • Headset: A USB headset with noise-canceling features. Wireless headsets are not permitted due to connectivity and quality concerns.
  • Webcam: A functional webcam (either external or integrated) for video communications and verification purposes.

Compensation
