  • Florida Residency: Must be currently residing in the state of Florida to qualify for this remote position.
  • Insurance License: Possession of a valid 4-40 Customer Service License is required. If you don't currently hold this license, we can provide guidance on the certification process.
  • Industry Experience: A minimum of one year of experience in an insurance customer service role is required. This experience should include direct customer interaction, policy administration, or related responsibilities.
  • Communication Excellence: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex insurance concepts in clear, understandable terms.
