- Job Description:
- Prepare clinical study agreements and related agreements and documents
- Independently review revisions proposed by clinical sites
- Raise contract issues and liaise between Legal, Risk Management, clinical teams and other internal stakeholders
- Manage and prioritize a high-volume workload
- Interface with Clinical, Contract Research Organizations and Global Clinical Operations contract support teams
- Ensure agreements and documents are executed properly and organized in the contract management system
- Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional experience
- Bachelor's degree; OR High School Diploma or GED or associate degree with 7+ years in a related role
- Thorough understanding of clinical contracting terms and conditions
- Clinical contracting experience (non-negotiable)
- Able to read and understand contract terms, redline agreements, and make decisions with a practical, business-minded approach to contract negotiation
- Strong computer skills (including Microsoft Office and Adobe software)
- Advanced skills with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
