Your Role as a Customer Care Professional

As a Customer Care Professional in our Consumer Product Services division, you will be the frontline ambassador of the arenaflex brand. Every call presents a unique opportunity to exceed expectations, solve challenges, and create advocates for our organization. Key Responsibilities

Availability and Work Schedule

We operate around the clock to serve our global customer base, which means we need team members who can be flexible. The ideal candidate must be available to work shifts anytime between 6:00 AM and 2:00 AM, including weekends. This role is classified as full-time, and shift flexibility is a requirement.
