Position Overview: We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Care Representative to join our team. As the primary point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and support. Your main responsibilities will include resolving customer inquiries, providing product information, and offering guidance on how best to utilize our platform to achieve their recognition and retention goals. 


Key Responsibilities: 


  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, phone, SMS text, and live chat.
  • Assist customers in navigating our platform, resolving technical issues, and answering product-related questions.
  • Build customer loyalty by providing platinum level service with each interaction.
  • Educate customers on the features and benefits of RewardBuilder.com.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using our internal CRM tool.
  • Collaborate with our sales and technical teams to address customer concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as needed. 


Qualifications: 


  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer issues.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Empathetic and patient demeanor with a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to grasp technical concepts quickly and effectively communicate them to non-technical users.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role preferred, but not required.
  • Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel preferred.
  • High School Diploma, or equivalent, required.
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) is helpful, but not required.
