What You'll Be Doing
As a Customer Experience Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the voice of our company—the first point of contact for customers seeking support, guidance, and solutions. Your Key Responsibilities Include:
- Inbound Customer Support: Answering incoming calls from customers and promptly responding to their requests regarding installation, disconnection, or changes to service. You'll be the friendly professional who guides customers through every step of their service journey.
- Needs Assessment & Product Guidance: Identifying customer needs through active listening and empathetic communication, then proactively offering our comprehensive suite of products and services that precisely match their requirements.
- Issue Resolution: Investigating and resolving customer inquiries and disputes with precision and care. This includes addressing service issues, billing concerns, rate questions, adjustments, and policy matters with the goal of achieving first-contact resolution.
- Product Knowledge Excellence: Responding to customer requests about arenaflex products and services with in-depth knowledge and enthusiasm, ensuring customers fully understand their options and the benefits available to them.
- Service Order Management: Verifying service order accuracy and completeness, making necessary corrections and changes to ensure seamless service delivery. Your attention to detail ensures our customers receive exactly what they need.
- Account Management: Negotiating the collection of overdue bills with professionalism and empathy, working toward solutions that maintain customer relationships while protecting company interests.
- Flexible Availability: Working evenings, weekends, holidays, and unscheduled shifts as determined by the needs of the business. Our customers need us 24/7, and you'll be instrumental in ensuring we deliver on that promise.

Essential Qualifications:

- Residence within 75 miles of the current reporting location (for the duration of employment)
Even Better If You Have:
- A related Associate Degree from an accredited institution
- Two or more years of relevant customer service experience
- Previous experience in a call center environment
- Collections experience with demonstrated negotiation skills
- Background in telecommunications or technology services
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software
- Bilingual capabilities (Spanish/English or other languages)

Note: You must live within 75 miles of the current reporting location for the duration of employment. We reserve the right to request your attendance at the office location for team huddles, meetings, and other business necessities. This is a remote role with occasional in-person requirements.
