About This Role
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in our Pharmacy Benefit Manager business, assisting members with their prescription insurance plans. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in customer-facing environments and are passionate about helping others navigate their health care benefits.
In this position, you will handle inbound calls from plan members who need assistance understanding their prescription coverage, medication options, and mail-order pharmacy services. Your role is critical in simplifying the health care experience for our millions of members across the nation. Through your excellent communication skills and product knowledge, you will provide the solutions needed to help simplify their health care journey.

Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Member Support: Respond to inbound calls from pharmacy benefit plan members with professionalism, empathy, and patience
- Insurance Navigation: Answer questions regarding prescription insurance coverage, medication benefits, and eligibility
- Education: Explain coverage options and help members understand their pharmacy benefit plans
- Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot issues related to prescription claims and provide suitable solutions
- Mail Order Assistance: Guide members through the mail-order prescription process
- Documentation: Accurately record member interactions and maintain detailed records in our systems
- Compliance: Adhere to HIPAA privacy regulations and all company policies
- Product Knowledge: Continuously learn about health care trends, insurance products, and company services
Training and Development

Schedule and Compensation
We offer flexible schedule options designed to accommodate your lifestyle. This is a full-time position where days off and hours may vary. Scheduled start times will rotate to support business needs, with site hours operating from 6:00 AM to 7:00 PM local time.
Pay Range: $17.00 - $27.90 per hour
The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors. We believe in competitive compensation that recognizes your skills and contributions.
Required Qualifications
To be considered for this position, you must meet the following requirements:
- 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience
- Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
- Must live within 75 miles of Las Vegas, NV
- Ability to complete on-site training
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications will help you succeed in this role:
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to problem-solve in a positive, productive manner
- Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates genuine concern for improving customer quality of life
- Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards
- Ability to exhibit patience and empathy and express assurance and confidence
- Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism
- Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills
