Position Overview
We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Customer Service Associate I to join our team at arenaflex. Key Responsibilities

- Customer Assistance: Respond to customer inquiries, provide product recommendations, and offer guidance to help shoppers find what they need. You will be the friendly face that customers rely on for assistance and support throughout their shopping journey.
- Sales Transactions: Operate cash registers accurately and efficiently, processing customer purchases, handling cash and electronic payments, and ensuring all transactions are completed in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Cash Security: Maintain strict security of all cash and payment media, protecting company assets and ensuring compliance with loss prevention guidelines. You will be accountable for balancing registers and reporting any discrepancies promptly.
- Stock Management: Keep the store well-stocked and organized by receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and replenishing shelves in accordance with productivity standards. You will ensure products are displayed attractively and are readily available for customers.
- Store Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and presentable store environment by performing daily cleaning tasks, including restocking bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, taking out trash, and ensuring all areas are neat and hygienic.
- Safety and Security: Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers, team members, and leadership. Follow all safety protocols and report any hazards or concerns immediately.

Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:
