What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Associate I at arenaflex, you will be the face of our organization, interacting with customers daily and ensuring every visit is a positive and memorable experience. Your responsibilities will include:


  • Customer Assistance: Respond to customer inquiries with enthusiasm and expertise. Provide product recommendations, answer questions about merchandise, and guide shoppers to find exactly what they need. Your goal is to exceed customer expectations with every interaction.

  • Sales Transaction Management: Operate cash registers accurately and efficiently, processing all forms of payment while maintaining meticulous attention to detail. Ensure each transaction is completed correctly, providing excellent service at every point of sale.

  • Asset Protection: Maintain rigorous security protocols to protect company assets. Handle cash responsibly, follow loss prevention procedures, and remain vigilant in identifying and preventing potential security issues.

  • Store Merchandising: Keep our stores well-stocked and visually appealing. Restock shelves, rotate products to ensure freshness, and recover merchandise to maintain an organized shopping environment that delights our customers.

  • Receiving and Stocking: Participate in receiving merchandise shipments, unloading trucks, and efficiently stocking products in accordance with productivity standards. Help ensure shelves are fully stocked and products are displayed attractively.

  • Store Cleanliness and Maintenance: Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment throughout the store. This includes cleaning and restocking bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, taking out trash, and ensuring all areas remain neat, presentable, and sanitary.

  • Positive Environment Creation: Foster a positive, safe, and respectful shopping environment. Interact professionally and friendly with customers, fellow associates, and leadership, demonstrating our core values in every interaction.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:
