Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused professional to fill the role of Customer Service and Chat Agent at our Oklahoma Member Services Center. In this position, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of incoming calls and member-facing chats, providing accurate information, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring every member receives prompt, courteous, and effective assistance.

This is a full-time position requiring 8 hours per day, with shift times scheduled no earlier than 12:45 PM following the completion of training. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working a flexible schedule, including weekends and split days off, as our team operates to serve our members whenever they need us most.

Key Responsibilities

As a Member Services Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:


  • Handling High-Volume Communications: Respond to a high volume of incoming calls and member-facing chat conversations with enthusiasm, professionalism, and efficiency, ensuring each interaction leaves a positive impression.

  • Assessing Member Needs: Determine member requirements by actively listening, asking relevant questions, and gathering necessary information to provide appropriate solutions and personalized assistance.

  • Providing Comprehensive Information: Answer general questions about arenaflex.com, including product information, membership details, website navigation, and policy explanations, serving as a knowledgeable resource for members.

  • Troubleshooting Complex Issues: Investigate and resolve complex situations related to online orders, tracking information, deliveries, and other member concerns using strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.

  • Processing Transactions: Consider and offer appropriate resolutions, adjustments, or compensations as needed while maintaining company policies and ensuring member satisfaction.

  • Coordinating Across Departments: Act as the primary contact between arenaflex.com customers, vendors, purchasing, and operations staff to facilitate seamless issue resolution and information flow.

  • Multitasking Effectively: Utilize multiple computer programs simultaneously across different screens while handling phone calls or chat conversations, demonstrating strong technical proficiency and attention to detail.

  • Advocating for Members: Champion member interests in all interactions, ensuring their concerns are addressed thoroughly and escalated appropriately when necessary.

Required Qualifications & Skills

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:


  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred

  • Certifications: Must be willing to complete a 14-day training program and obtain the eCommerce Member Services Specialist Certificate

  • Experience: Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required – we provide comprehensive training!

  • Technical Skills: Strong computer literacy and proficiency with multiple software applications

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally

  • Typing Speed: Minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute required

  • Business Writing: Proficient business writing skills to ensure professional correspondence with members

  • Availability: Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and split days off
