Key Responsibilities


As a Customer Service Representative and Cashier at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities include:


  • Customer Greeting and Engagement: Greet every customer with a warm smile, genuine enthusiasm, and sincere gratitude. Create a welcoming atmosphere that makes customers feel valued and appreciated from the moment they enter until they depart.
  • Efficient Checkout Processing: Scan items accurately and quickly, ensuring proper pricing, handling coupons and discounts, processing various payment methods, and counting cash back precisely. Maintain speed and accuracy even during our busiest periods, including evenings, weekends, and holiday seasons.
  • Area Maintenance: Keep your workstation clean, organized, and well-stocked. Ensure the checkout area is presentable and functional at all times, including maintaining adequate supplies of bags, receipts, and promotional materials.
  • Customer Assistance: Respond promptly and professionally to customer questions, concerns, and requests. Provide information about products, services, store policies, and current promotions. Go above and beyond to help customers find what they need or resolve any issues they may encounter.
  • Cross-Functional Support: Be flexible and willing to assist colleagues across different departments as needed. Support team efforts to maintain smooth store operations and ensure excellent customer service throughout the entire shopping experience.
  • Shopping Cart Retrieval: Collect shopping carts from the parking lot and return them to the designated areas. Ensure the exterior of the store remains clean and organized, maintaining a positive first impression for arriving customers.
  • Equipment Operation: Safely operate equipment used for transporting carts and merchandise, following all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Cleaning Duties: Assist with maintaining cleanliness throughout the store, including restrooms, salesfloor areas, and parking facilities, as needed. Take pride in ensuring a hygienic and pleasant environment for both customers and team members.

Essential Qualifications
