What You'll Do: A Dynamic Role Beyond the Ordinary

As a Customer Service Representative in our airport operations, you'll play a crucial role in the customer journey, handling various tasks that make every rental smooth and enjoyable.   • Vehicle Inspection & Documentation: Conduct thorough walk-around inspections of rental vehicles, checking for any existing damage and accurately documenting vehicle condition using our handheld technology. You'll be the first line of assurance that every customer receives a vehicle in top condition.

  • Digital Check-In Processing: Utilize our state-of-the-art handheld devices to efficiently process rental transactions, enter customer information, and ensure all paperwork is completed accurately. You'll be working with the latest technology to streamline the rental process.

  • Loyalty Customer Service: Assist our valued loyalty program members with their rental needs, providing personalized service that makes them feel appreciated and recognized. You'll process their rentals with the care and attention they deserve.

  • Exit Gate Assistance: Help customers at our exit gates, ensuring they receive the correct vehicle, understand their rental agreement, and depart with confidence. Your friendly guidance sets the tone for their entire journey.

  • Vehicle Return & Check-In: Welcome customers back upon their return, conduct quick vehicle inspections, process returns efficiently, and ensure vehicles are quickly made ready for the next renter. Your efficiency keeps our fleet moving.

  • Customer Interaction & Problem Solving: Provide excellent customer service throughout all touchpoints, answering questions, addressing concerns, and turning potential issues into opportunities to exceed expectations.

  • Lot Navigation & Vehicle Operation: Move throughout the rental lot with ease, entering and exiting various vehicles as needed. You'll be driving a variety of vehicles throughout your shift, keeping the work diverse and interesting.

Essential Requirements:


  • Valid Driver's License: A clean, valid driver's license is required since you'll be operating vehicles throughout your shift. You must be comfortable driving a variety of cars, trucks, and SUVs.

  • Basic Computer Skills: Proficiency with typing and data entry is essential for processing rentals and updating our systems accurately.

  • Strong Verbal Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills are a must. You'll be interacting with customers from all walks of life, so clear, friendly communication is key.

  • Outdoor Enthusiast: You must be willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Rain, shine, or humidity – our team powers through it all.

  • Shift Flexibility: Our operations run around the clock, so you must be available to work all shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • Physical Capability: This role requires constant movement. You must be able to sit, stand, walk, and move throughout the rental lot for extended periods. You'll also need to enter and exit vehicles frequently throughout your shift.

  • Age & Authorization: You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.

  • On-Site Presence: This position requires regular, in-person presence at our Nashville airport location and cannot be performed remotely.

Preferred Qualifications (Bonus!):


  • Six months or more of retail customer service experience in a fast-paced environment

  • Previous experience in hospitality, tourism, or transportation services

  • Familiarity with rental car industry operations

  • Multilingual capabilities (especially Spanish)
