About This Opportunity
We are currently hiring full-time Inbound Phone Customer Service Representatives to join our team at our facility located at 827 Fisher Drive, Waterloo, IA 50701. This position offers an exciting blend of in-office and remote work, providing you with the flexibility to design a work schedule that suits your lifestyle while maintaining the collaborative environment that drives our success.
Starting in November 2023, you will report to a Supervisor, Customer Experience and become an integral part of a team that takes pride in delivering outstanding service to every caller. Compensation & Growth Potential

Work Schedule & Environment
Our Customer Service Representatives enjoy a Monday through Friday schedule from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central Time, meaning you'll have your evenings and weekends free to pursue your passions, spend time with family, or simply relax. We understand the importance of work-life balance, and our scheduling reflects our commitment to supporting your wellbeing outside of work.
Upon joining arenaflex, you will participate in our comprehensive 8-week onsite training academy. This intensive program will equip you with the knowledge, skills, and tools necessary to serve our customers effectively and confidently. Don't worry if you're new to customer service or unfamiliar with our systems—we'll provide you with everything you need to succeed, including a laptop, dual monitors, keyboard, and all necessary accessories on your very first day.
After successfully completing your training, team members who meet our work-from-home requirements will transition to a hybrid work environment. This means you'll enjoy the best of both worlds: three days working from our state-of-the-art facility and two days working from the comfort of your home. Even better, you have the flexibility to choose which days you prefer to work from home, and this can change weekly based on your personal preferences and needs.
For those who demonstrate exceptional performance and reliability, additional flexibility is available. You can earn the opportunity to work from home up to five days per week, and you'll become eligible to participate in a bidding process for alternate work shifts. Key Responsibilities
As an Inbound Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your primary focus will be building lasting relationships with customers through responsive, professional, and empathetic phone interactions. Here's what you can expect in this role:
- Respond to high volumes of inbound phone calls from customers seeking assistance with orders, product information, account inquiries, and general support. You'll be the friendly voice that customers rely on when they need help.
- Collaborate daily with Sales team members in a team-based environment to ensure seamless customer experiences. Your ability to work well with others will be crucial in resolving complex customer issues and ensuring satisfaction.
- Navigate multiple computer programs simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and efficiency. This role requires comfort with technology and the ability to multitask without compromising quality.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Ability to commute to our Waterloo, IA facility from your home — Reliable transportation is essential, especially during the training period and on-site work days.
- A secure, dedicated workspace at home — If working remotely, you need a professional environment free from distractions and interruptions.
- Proficiency in operating and navigating multiple PC-based programs simultaneously — Technical comfort is essential for success in this digital environment.
- Stable, high-speed internet connection — You must be able to provide proof of internet speeds greater than 5 megabits per second upload, 15 megabits per second download, and ping less than 80 milliseconds.
