Key Responsibilities

- Warm Welcome & Reception: Greet and welcome all clients and visitors to the arenaflex Library in a friendly, professional, and approachable manner, setting the tone for a positive experience from the moment they walk through our doors.
- Resource Expertise: Provide comprehensive information about the various services and resources available at the library, demonstrating an in-depth understanding of our offerings including job listings, career development materials, skills assessments, and educational resources.
- Digital Navigation Support: Assist clients in navigating our online platforms, job boards, and digital resources, ensuring they can effectively access job listings, application tools, webinars, and other relevant career-focused information.
- Multi-Channel Communication: Handle inquiries professionally via phone, email, and in-person interactions, offering prompt, accurate, and helpful assistance that addresses each patron's unique needs and concerns.
