Position Overview
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Service Representatives to join our onsite team in Port St. Lucie, Florida. As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the eyes and ears of our team, fielding customer inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and creativity. Location Requirements: This is an onsite position based in Port St. Lucie, FL. Candidates must reside within a 30-mile radius of Port St. Lucie, Florida, and must be available to work at our local facility.
Key Responsibilities
As a valued member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to customers across multiple touchpoints. Your primary duties will include:
- Customer Inquiry Management: Professionally field and respond to customer inquiries by finding innovative, effective solutions to varying questions, issues, and concerns. Utilize your problem-solving skills to address each customer interaction with care and precision.
- Multi-Channel Communication: Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media platforms to resolve their questions or concerns. Adapt your communication style to match the preferences and needs of each customer.
- Issue Resolution: Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues that customers may be experiencing. Maintain composure under pressure and use your emotional intelligence to turn potentially negative situations into positive outcomes.
- Escalation Management: Identify and escalate interactions to appropriate supervisors or support departments when necessary and appropriate. Ensure that complex issues receive the attention they deserve while maintaining detailed documentation.
- Payment Processing: Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments accurately and securely. Follow all established protocols to protect customer information and maintain compliance with company policies.
- Documentation & Reporting: Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues resolved, and any follow-up actions required.
- Feedback & Improvement: Provide constructive feedback on call issues, processes, and customer concerns. Contribute ideas for improving customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Sales Support: Upsell products or services when appropriate and aligned with customer needs. Identify opportunities to enhance customer value while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
Essential Qualifications

- Must reside within a 30-mile radius of Port St. Lucie, FL (this is a mandatory requirement for this onsite position)
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to type at least 25 words per minute with accuracy
- Comfortable with desktop computer systems and general knowledge of Windows-based operating systems
- Strong familiarity with common software applications and the ability to learn new systems quickly
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications will help you stand out and accelerate your success in this role:
- College degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required)
- Previous customer service and/or sales experience in retail, call center, or hospitality settings
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Bilingual language skills (especially Spanish) – a plus given our diverse customer base
- Prior experience in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
