About This Opportunity

We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. In this position, you will serve as an Associate Account Manager, delivering high-quality service to our individual clients and playing a vital role in maintaining strong, lasting relationships with our customers. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks that keep our client operations running smoothly. Your daily activities will include:


  • Processing Endorsement Requests: Handle endorsement requests for personal lines insurance policies with precision and efficiency. When necessary, secure pricing from carriers to ensure accurate policy updates.

  • Account Documentation Management: Maintain meticulous records of all account documentation. Prepare and send documentation to insureds, then follow up diligently to confirm receipt and timely submission to the carrier.

  • Insurance Carrier Relations: Maintain a robust follow-up system with insurance carriers to ensure all requests are processed in a timely manner, minimizing delays for our clients.

  • Underwriting Support: Furnish underwriters with additional information as requested, acting as a liaison between clients and the underwriting department to facilitate smooth policy issuance.

  • Certificate Issuance: Issue certificates of insurance and evidence of property forms to clients and their representatives upon request, ensuring all documentation meets regulatory and client specifications.

  • Policy Release Processing: Process lost policy release forms with accuracy, transmitting all relevant correspondence to insureds and carriers as needed.

  • Agency System Management: Daily manage the agency interface system (download), ensuring all transactions are properly matched so revenue is recorded accurately by month end.

  • Sales Support: May provide sales support, including rating policies and entering policy information into our database with precision and attention to detail.

  • Professional Development: Actively pursue personal and professional development through ongoing training and skill-building opportunities.

What We're Looking For

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:


  • Experience: One to two years of relevant insurance experience is required. Previous exposure to personal lines insurance, account management, or customer service in the insurance industry is highly preferred.

  • License: A valid Property & Casualty (P&C) License is required for this position. If you don't currently hold this license, we encourage you to apply and we can discuss licensing support options during the interview process.

  • Organizational Skills: Must be well-organized with a strong aptitude for details. You should thrive in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Communication Skills: Strong written and oral communication skills are essential. You will be interacting with clients, insurance carriers, and internal teams regularly.

  • Technical Knowledge: A solid understanding of insurance coverages, forms, and policies is required. You should be able to analyze and interpret insurance documents accurately.

  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required. Comfort with learning new software systems is essential.

  • Availability: Your work day will be scheduled between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM, with additional time as needed to meet client needs and business requirements.
