Position Overview: Remote Data Entry Processor

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Data Entry Processor to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, verifying, and classifying various types of documents and information into our systems.   • Hours: 40 hours per week – no weekends required (open to weekend availability based on business needs)

Key Responsibilities: Make Your Mark

As a valued member of our data processing team, you will be responsible for the following duties:


  • Perform high-accuracy data entry operations in accordance with client specifications and quality standards

  • Execute manual identification and processing of various document types, including MEDI forms and other classification requirements

  • Classify and categorize documents based on established client guidelines and procedures

  • Rotate across multiple tasks including Data Entry, Verification, MEDI processing, and other data entry functions as needed

  • Maintain strict adherence to company policies, quality standards, and security protocols

  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and self-direction to resolve routine issues

  • Effectively manage workload to meet productivity targets and deadline requirements

  • Communicate professionally with team members and supervisors as needed

  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities

  • Remain available for weekend work when business needs require additional support
