Your Role at arenaflex
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the voice of our company—the eyes and ears of our team fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond. You'll work in a collaborative and engaging environment where no two days are the same. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to address their questions and concerns. You'll calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues that arise, ensuring every customer leaves with a positive impression of arenaflex. When necessary and appropriate, you'll escalate interactions to our specialized support teams while maintaining detailed records for auditing and reporting purposes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to address their questions and/or concerns
- Calmly and professionally resolve customer issues while de-escalating tense situations
- Escalate interactions to appropriate departments when necessary and in accordance with company policies
- Respond to requests for assistance and process payments as needed
- Track all call-related information accurately for auditing and reporting purposes
- Provide constructive feedback on recurring call issues to help improve our processes
- Identify upsell opportunities while maintaining a customer-centric approach
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities
- Contribute to team goals and collaborate effectively with colleagues
Qualifications We're Seeking

Essential Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Minimum of 6 months of proven customer service experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
- Comfortable with desktop computer systems and general knowledge of Windows-based systems
- Entry-level network troubleshooting skills
- Ability to set up a home Wi-Fi network
- Ability to set up and configure a router or switch
- Core proficiency with laptop or desktop computers
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous call center experience
- Customer service and/or sales experience
- Additional technical certifications or training
- Multilingual capabilities (especially Spanish)

Work From Home Requirements
As a remote team member, you'll need to maintain a professional home office environment that meets our technical requirements. This ensures you can deliver the excellent service our clients expect.
Internet Requirements:
- Minimum subscribed download rate of 15.0 Mbps or higher
- Minimum subscribed upload rate of 5.0 Mbps or higher
- Internet Service Provider must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms
- Internet connections cannot be Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P, or VPN
- Proof of internet speed will be required
Workspace Requirements:
- Clean and quiet workspace free from distractions
