Primary Responsibilities

What You'll Need to Succeed

Essential Qualifications


  • Customer Service Experience: A minimum of six months of experience in a customer service role (any industry) or equivalent military service experience. We've found that this foundational experience helps candidates navigate the complexities of customer interactions with confidence.

  • Location Requirement: You must live within a commutable distance (approximately 2.5 hours) of Rapid City, South Dakota. While this is primarily a work-from-home position, periodic in-person meetings and training sessions require proximity to our location.

  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable and confident using computers, including the ability to manage multiple windows and applications simultaneously. You should be capable of typing efficiently while maintaining phone conversations.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication abilities with the capacity to convey information clearly, listen actively, and respond appropriately to diverse customer needs.

  • Age Requirement: Must be 18 years of age or older at the time of application.

  • Regulatory Compliance: Must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act. This position involves responsibilities that require specific regulatory eligibility.

  • In-Person Components: While primarily remote, occasional in-person training sessions and meetings will be required. That's why our candidates must live within commutable distance of Rapid City, SD.   • Pre-Employment Screening: All candidates must be willing to complete a drug test, background investigation, and fingerprint submission as part of our selection process.

  • Legal Authorization: Legal authorization to work in the United States is required. Unfortunately, we are unable to sponsor employment visas for this position, now or in the future.

  • Internal Mobility Policy: New hires at Level 4-7 must have nine months of continuous service before becoming eligible to post for other roles. Once this requirement is met, there is a minimum six-month waiting period before posting for future non-exempt positions. Employees at Level 8 or above must have at least 24 months in position before posting. All internal applicants must consistently meet performance expectations and receive manager approval (or manager and HR approval if performance expectations are not met) before applying for new positions.
