Position Overview: Be the Voice of Compassion and Excellence

As a Customer Service Representative working from the comfort of your home, you will play a pivotal role in representing arenaflex and our valued clients. In this position, you will handle inbound phone calls from members seeking information about their healthcare benefits. Key Responsibilities


  • Professional Call Handling: Expertly manage high volumes of incoming calls with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency while maintaining a positive attitude throughout every interaction.

  • Needs Assessment: Assess and fulfill customer needs by actively listening, asking clarifying questions, and understanding the root of their concerns.

  • Multi-System Navigation: Utilize and navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and speed.

  • Attendance Excellence: Be dependable and meet all attendance requirements, understanding that reliability is crucial in providing consistent service.

  • Issue Resolution: Resolve customer issues following one-call resolution guidelines or properly escalate complex matters through appropriate channels.

  • Performance Excellence: Meet or exceed both arenaflex and client performance metrics, consistently striving for improvement.

  • Balanced Decision-Making: Maintain a balance between company policy and client benefit in decision-making, finding solutions that satisfy all parties.

  • Documentation: Handle call disposition and compile and document customer information as required, ensuring complete and accurate records.

Essential Qualifications

  • Home Office Setup: A dedicated, quiet area to work from in your home that is free from distractions and suitable for professional calls.
  • Internet Requirements: Reliable high-speed internet connection with minimum download speeds of 20 Mb/s and upload speeds of 10 Mb/s. Please note that wireless access is not permitted for security and reliability reasons.
  • Customer-First Attitude: Demonstrated passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers, treating every person with dignity and respect.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong decision-making and analytical abilities to assess situations quickly and determine the best course of action.

Preferred Qualifications


  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare or insurance-related field

  • Familiarity with healthcare terminology and benefits structure

  • Experience with CRM systems and call handling software

  • Previous work-from-home experience

  • Background in handling inbound call volumes

  • Knowledge of Medicare or Medicaid programs

  • Bilingual capabilities (English/Spanish or other languages)
