What You'll Do

As a Customer Solutions Manager at arenaflex, you'll wear many hats and play a pivotal role in client success. Here's what you can expect:

• Lead Strategic Cloud Initiatives: Guide enterprise clients through their long-term cloud adoption journey, from initial assessment to full deployment and beyond. You'll ensure all arenaflex teams work cohesively to deliver results that matter.
• Act as Trusted Advisor: Become the essential partner for your clients, leveraging your delivery experience to shepherd them through every phase of cloud transformation. You'll provide strategic guidance on operational, educational, and service aspects of their cloud journey.
• Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration: Interface with client executives and arenaflex leadership, fostering collaboration among core account teams including Sales, Support, Solutions Architecture, and Professional Services. You'll coordinate with product and engineering teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Translate Strategy into Action: Convert strategic account initiatives into actionable plans, working backwards from client key milestones. Own the execution of education plans, business outcome roadmaps, executive briefings, and transformation events.
• Innovate and Solve Problems: Look beyond perceived limitations to address client challenges through creative solutions, tools, and methodologies. Proactively identify opportunities to deliver additional value and drive adoption of arenaflex services.
• Evangelize Cloud Solutions: Promote arenaflex services and influence clients to embrace innovative technologies that will transform their business operations.
• Focus on Client Success: Be deeply invested in the day-to-day management of your clients' successful adoption and utilization of cloud solutions.

Essential Qualifications

• Proven Leadership in Complex Programs: Demonstrated experience driving complex, large-scale IT/digital/business transformation programs. You should have a track record of managing initiatives that span multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Client-Facing Excellence: Previous experience in a client-facing role where you successfully built relationships, managed expectations, and delivered results. You know how to communicate effectively with both technical and executive audiences.
• Outstanding Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with a proven ability to effectively convey information to C-suite and VP-level executives. You can present complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Strong Organizational Abilities: Excellent organizational and troubleshooting skills with meticulous attention to detail. You can manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining quality.
• Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think strategically while executing tactically.

Preferred Qualifications

• Cloud Expertise: Direct experience implementing cloud services, preferably with enterprise-scale deployments. Familiarity with cloud architecture, migration strategies, and service models.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of key technology and market trends in cloud computing, digital transformation, and enterprise IT.

Work Location

We are currently accepting candidates for our California office locations. We offer flexible work arrangements and are open to discussing remote work options for the right candidate. This role may require occasional travel to client sites and arenaflex offices for key meetings and events.
