What You'll Do

- Renewal Excellence: Take end-to-end ownership of the renewal process for your assigned accounts. Develop strategic account plans, anticipate renewal risks, and proactively address concerns to ensure high retention rates. - Expansion Revenue: Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts. By deeply understanding each client's strategic priorities and operational needs, you'll uncover opportunities to expand their use of our platform and introduce additional solutions that address emerging challenges.
- Relationship Management: Build and nurture trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders across your accounts—from day-to-day users to C-suite executives. Schedule and lead regular check-in meetings, business reviews, and strategic planning sessions to maintain engagement and demonstrate ongoing value.
- Customer Onboarding & Enablement: Lead comprehensive onboarding sessions for new customers, ensuring they understand our platform's capabilities and are equipped to achieve quick time-to-value. Develop and deliver training programs that drive product adoption and long-term retention.
- Insight Gathering & Internal Collaboration: Serve as the voice of the customer within arenaflex. Share detailed feedback, feature requests, and market insights with our product development and strategy teams to influence roadmaps and improve our offerings. Your customer intelligence will directly shape how we evolve our platform.
- Salesforce Excellence: Maintain meticulous records of all customer interactions, opportunities, and pipeline activities in Salesforce. Ensure data accuracy, track progress against targets, and generate reports that inform strategic decision-making.
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Support teams to ensure seamless customer experiences. Escalate issues when necessary and work collectively to resolve challenges while maintaining customer confidence.
What You'll Bring
We're looking for candidates who bring a proven track record of success in customer-facing roles within the pharmaceutical, SaaS, or life sciences industries. Here's what we're seeking:
- Experience: A minimum of three (3) years in Customer Success, Account Management, or equivalent customer-facing roles within the pharmaceutical, SaaS, or life sciences sector. You'll need to demonstrate familiarity with the unique dynamics of these industries.
- Commercial Mindset: A demonstrated history of driving revenue outcomes through renewals, upsells, or account growth. You should be comfortable with targets and motivated by the challenge of expanding accounts while maintaining high retention rates.
- Communication Mastery: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt your style to different audiences and contexts. You should be able to communicate with clarity and confidence in ambiguous, urgent, and high-stakes situations.
- Self-Motivation & Discipline: Thrives in a remote work environment with minimal oversight. You should be highly organized, able to manage your own schedule, and committed to delivering results without constant direction.
