Position Overview

We are currently looking for a dedicated Customer Support Agent to join our outstanding Customer Support team. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the overall brand perception of arenaflex by ensuring every customer interaction results in a positive and memorable experience. Your primary responsibility will be to assist arenaflex customers with their general inquiries, providing timely, professional, and effective support that keeps our customers coming back.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Agent at arenaflex, your duties will include but are not limited to:


  • Product and Policy Mastery: Learn and maintain a comprehensive understanding of arenaflex policies, procedures, and the full range of services we offer. Stay current with any updates or changes to ensure accurate information is provided to customers.

  • Email Communication Excellence: Respond to customer inquiries via email in a timely and professional manner while consistently meeting or exceeding our targeted customer satisfaction ratings. Craft clear, concise, and friendly responses that address customer needs effectively.

  • Issue Resolution Ownership: Own and monitor the progress of customer issue resolution from start to finish, ensuring response times align with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Follow through on all open matters until they are fully resolved.

  • Diagnostic Problem-Solving: Communicate proactively with customers to understand, diagnose, and resolve their issues. Gather necessary information, analyze root causes, and implement appropriate solutions that address both immediate concerns and underlying issues.

  • Website and Order Assistance: Assist customers with navigating our website, placing orders, submitting consignment items, and answering general inquiries. Provide guidance on account management, transaction processes, and platform features.

  • Strategic Escalation: Use sound judgment to identify complex customer issues that require escalation to specialized departments or our Technical Support team. Ensure seamless handoffs by providing comprehensive documentation and context.

  • Brand Advocacy: Uphold arenaflex values, quality standards, and exemplify our C.A.R.D. culture (Customer-focused, Accountable, Respectful, Dedicated) in every interaction. Serve as a brand ambassador both internally and externally.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Be a willing and collaborative partner to support all areas of the organization. Assist with special projects, peak period overflow, and team initiatives as needed.

  • Confidentiality and Security: Maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive customer information, following all data protection and privacy protocols.

  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in ongoing training sessions, team meetings, and quality assurance reviews to continuously improve your skills and contribute to team success.

  • Additional Duties: Perform other job-related duties as assigned by your supervisor, adapting to the evolving needs of the business.

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:


  • Education: High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly, professionally, and empathetically.

  • Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.

  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Good judgment and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to think on your feet and make sound decisions under pressure.

  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently in a dynamic work environment.

  • Team Player: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a collaborative team.

  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and basic computer skills. Comfortable learning new software and systems quickly.

  • Industry Interest: Passion for sports cards, gaming cards, and collectibles is a definite plus!

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge:


  • Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills that inspire confidence and trust.

  • Knowledgeable about the professional sporting industry, including NBA, NFL, MLB, NHL, and other major leagues.

  • Deep knowledge of the trading card industry and personal collecting experience.

  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, or e-commerce environments.

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and ticketing platforms.

Physical Requirements

This position requires the ability to work with standard computer equipment such as keyboards, monitors, personal computers, and scanners.
