Position Overview: Customer Support Agent – Live Chat

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused professional to serve as the first point of contact for our valued clients through our live chat support channel. In this role, you will be the voice of arenaflex, representing our brand with every interaction and ensuring that every customer receives the highest level of service and support.

As a Customer Support Agent at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in maintaining our reputation for excellence in customer care. You'll handle real-time chat inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and create positive experiences that leave lasting impressions on the families we serve. Key Responsibilities

As a vital member of our Customer Support team, you will be responsible for:


  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries via live chat, ensuring timely and accurate responses that meet our high standards of service excellence.
