About the Role


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Data Analytics Sales Specialist to join our enterprise sales team. In this pivotal role, you will lead go-to-market strategies and business initiatives, manage campaigns, and provide strategic feedback to our Product and Global Solutions teams to inform our product roadmap. As an integral part of our direct enterprise business organization, you will serve as a solution sales leader, acting as a trusted advisor to C-level executives and their leadership teams to help shape their cloud and data analytics strategy and enable digital transformation.

Your focus will be on helping clients improve their productivity and harness the power of our products to make their organizations more efficient, collaborative, and accessible to their customers. Key Responsibilities



  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with clients as a data analytics subject matter expert, influencing long-term strategic direction for new and existing clients while collaborating effectively with arenaflex Field Sales Representatives (FSRs) and Customer Engineers (CEs)

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans, including comprehensive enterprise planning across key industries, with a focused approach on building and expanding account portfolios

  • Guide clients in identifying use cases appropriate for arenaflex data and analytics solutions, articulating key solution differentiators and measurable business impacts that align with their organizational goals

  • Collaborate with Account and Technical teams to develop robust sales pipelines and provide expertise to create successful Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives with arenaflex Cloud Platform partners

  • Align business objectives with key results to accurately measure the health and progress of the business within your assigned domain

  • Drive business development efforts by identifying new opportunities, nurturing existing relationships, and expanding our presence in the data analytics marketplace

  • Present compelling solution proposals to prospective clients, demonstrating the value proposition of arenaflex data and analytics offerings

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, and Legal to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and compliance with business agreements

Essential Qualifications



  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales research, data warehousing, or data management software, with a proven track record of success

  • Experience working with architects or client technical teams to develop business cases and make implementation decisions

  • Proven track record in planning, pitching, and executing territory-based sales strategies

  • Experience navigating business and legal agreements with Acquisition, Legal, and Business development teams

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with executive-level clients

  • Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions

Preferred Qualifications



  • Extensive experience with data analysis technology stacks including Business Intelligence, Predictive Analytics, Hadoop/Spark Data Lakes, Columnar Data Warehouses, Data Streaming, ETL, and Data Governance

  • Deep knowledge of market-leading Business Intelligence (BI) front-end, data analysis middleware, or back-end data warehouse technologies

  • Familiarity with arenaflex Cloud Data and Analytics offerings such as BigQuery, Looker, Dataproc, Pub/Sub, and related services

  • Proven ability to design, pitch, and execute end-to-end sales and customer transformation strategies aligned with data and analytics initiatives

  • Industry certifications in cloud platforms, data analytics, or related fields

  • Experience selling to enterprise customers in specific vertical markets such as finance, healthcare, retail, or manufacturing

  • Technical background or understanding of database systems, cloud architecture, and data engineering principles
