Position Overview

The Data Entry Clerk – MSO position is crucial to maintaining the smooth operation of our warranty processing department. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering work orders for dental and laboratory handpieces into our various software systems. You will also review work orders to verify customer warranty claims, ensuring compliance with vendor requirements and maintaining high levels of data integrity.   • Warranty Verification: Review work orders to verify customer warranty claims, ensuring that all claims meet vendor requirements and policy guidelines.

  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our database systems, performing regular quality checks to identify and correct any discrepancies.

  • Vendor Support: Complete warranty work for various vendors, specifically tracking items to ensure accuracy and timely processing of claims.

  • Customer Service Backup: Act as a backup to the Customer Service Representatives by assisting with overflow telephone calls during periods of high call volume, providing exceptional service to our customers.

  • Technology Utilization: Work proficiently with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) to prepare documents, spreadsheets, and correspondence as needed.

Essential Qualifications
