DC Team Lead - Pension - Remote

Our client is looking to add a Team Lead - Defined Contribution position. Will oversee a team of Plan Administrators, helping them grow through training, coaching, and day-to-day support. You'll also manage a portfolio of plans, collaborate on process improvements, and help maintain a high standard of quality, accuracy, and client service.
Duties:
Support the Head of Administration in overseeing day-to-day operations of the Defined Contribution (DC) team
Manage scheduling and workload distribution across the team to ensure deadlines are met and coverage is maintained
Serve as a go-to resource for Plan Administrators, answering questions, providing guidance, and helping resolve complex plan issues
Identify process improvement opportunities and help implement solutions that improve efficiency and team workflow
Participate in training and onboarding for new team members, and support professional development across the team
Maintain a small portfolio of plans to stay hands-on and in tune with the team's day-to-day experience
Qualifications: 2+ years of industry experience, with a preferred focus on administration of small ( Familiarity with industry-specific software such as Pension Pro, DATAIR, and ftwilliam preferred. ASPPA, NIPA, other industry credentials, or a strong desire to attain them. Proven experience in client and referral source interaction, confidently presenting, explaining, and discussing qualified plans. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks with competing priorities while meet deadlines Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team setting and independently
