You'll be responsible for handling incoming calls, processing orders, and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.   • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Handle incoming calls from new and existing business clients regarding a variety of requests
  • Process orders and provide support to customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Correctly document customer interactions and track call types
  • Maintain support service levels and uphold Customer Service standards
  • Own follow-up with customers to resolve inquiries regarding order status, shipping status, and stock availability
  • Take inbound phone calls for up to 90% of assigned shift
  • Perform all other duties as assigned
  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in high-volume calls or call center experience
  • Medical-related background (medical billing, claims experience, in-office experience in a medical setting) or insurance experience is a plus
  • Excellent telephone etiquette, including the ability to communicate with confidence in a clear, professional speaking voice
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated listening and comprehension skills
  • A clear team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain composure when dealing with difficult customer situations
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Strong PC skills, including MS Office, Word, and Excel
  • SAP experience is a plus
  • Previous experience in the optical industry is a plus
  • Ability to navigate information systems and internet
  • Strong English comprehension and a good command of grammar

  • Bilingual French speaking skills
