The Fulfillment organization at arenaflex represents a growing capability that's exploring opportunities that will define the future of shipping and delivery for independent creators. Our work touches every aspect of our customers' experiences, from setting accurate delivery expectations for buyers to helping sellers purchase shipping labels and manage their logistics efficiently. We partner closely with our Fulfillment Operations team, alongside groups across the company, to deliver high-impact products that solve real problems for our clients.

Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Director of Product, Fulfillment Services to lead one of our strategic initiatives within our Fulfillment Group. This role is central to our commitment to helping sellers create and fulfill meaningful delivery promises to buyers, including fast, free, and reliable shipping options. As the leader of our Fulfillment Services initiative, you will be responsible for driving the product team and working closely with your Operations partner to identify and execute opportunities that deliver value to both our buyers and sellers through investments in arenaflex's fulfillment platform.

This is a senior leadership position that requires someone who can think strategically, act decisively, and inspire teams to achieve ambitious goals. You'll own the end-to-end product strategy for your initiative, working across functional boundaries to deliver measurable impact.

What You'll Do

As the Director of Product, Fulfillment Services at arenaflex, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with our Shipping Operations team and cross-functional partners to understand, define, and prioritize the highest-impact projects while adapting to changing business needs and emerging opportunities in the fulfillment space.


• Product Strategy Development: Be responsible for setting your initiative's product strategy and roadmap to support our Fulfillment objectives. Prioritize work thoughtfully and communicate commitments and updates to your teams and partners on an ongoing basis.


• Team Leadership: Lead multiple Product Managers as they drive their teams' performance by collaborating closely with cross-functional partners across the organization.


• Performance Ownership: Own the performance and measurement of the team's product experiences, including impact on the business and satisfaction of our customers.


• Customer-Centric Product Development: Integrate customer research, market analysis, and client feedback into product requirements to ensure products meet customer needs as well as business objectives.


• Executive Communication: Regularly present to company leadership on roadmap progress, strategy, and prioritization decisions.


• Team Culture and Development: Be an active member of arenaflex's product team, contributing to areas like our product team culture, mentorship, and professional development.

Required Qualifications

• A proven track record of leading teams to deliver significant impact in both 0-1 (new product development) and iterative (ongoing product improvement) spaces.


• Experience in seller-driven fulfillment (as opposed to retailer-driven fulfillment), with experience in marketplace environments being highly valued.


• Strong teamwork skills with the ability to drive decision-making and influence through informal authority and collaborative relationships.


• Proficiency in using both qualitative and quantitative data to set strategies, inform performance, and make product decisions, combined with the ability to draw from deep product experience to make sound judgments quickly and effectively.


• A genuine passion for solving real customer problems and advocating for their needs, while knowing how to balance these alongside business objectives.


• Excellent communication skills with the ability to inspire, engage, and clearly communicate with diverse audiences and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in seller-centric or creator-focused platforms


• Background in e-commerce or marketplace businesses with understanding of two-sided platform dynamics


• Demonstrated success in building and scaling product teams


• Experience with logistics, shipping, or supply chain technology


• Strong analytical capabilities with experience in A/B testing and experimentation methodologies
