Position Overview

We are excited to announce an opening for a Remote Data Analytics and Sales Insights Specialist within our Organizational Health Division. This is a spring 2024 student internship position, with a 12-week program running from January 30th through April 19th. As a key contributor to our team, you will work completely remotely, with opportunities to connect with your team and other departments virtually. This position offers a minimum of 24 hours per week, with the flexibility to work up to 40 hours depending on your availability and project demands.

Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Analytics and Sales Insights Specialist, you will be entrusted with meaningful responsibilities that directly impact our organization's effectiveness. Your daily activities will include:

• Data Collection and Analysis: Gather, organize, and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions. You will work with complex datasets and use analytical tools to transform raw data into actionable intelligence.


• Sales Analytics Support: Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics. Your insights will help drive sales strategies and improve overall business performance.


• Needs Assessment: Work with business clients to conduct comprehensive needs assessments related to systems and business processes. This involves understanding their challenges, identifying opportunities for improvement, and recommending quality technical solutions.


• Solution Development: Ensure that solutions align with internal tooling, business systems, and departmental standards. You will participate in the planning, coding, testing, and implementation phases to ensure deliverables are completed on time and within budget.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must meet the following requirements:

• Educational Background: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education required. Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program is strongly preferred.


• Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.


• Work Authorization: Must have legal authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986. This position requires authorization to work in the U.S. as a permanent resident without sponsorship now or in the future.


• Social Security Number: Must possess a valid U.S. Social Security Number to complete the full hiring process.


• Technical Proficiency: Basic familiarity with data analysis tools and software is preferred. Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly are essential.
